What this guide is
Komodo Day Tour (komododaytour.quest) is an independent guide to the Komodo day tour. We research, write and publish information and point you to tours you can book. We do not run tours, sell tickets, take payments or hold bookings.
Where reservations are made
Any reservation placed through a link on this site is an agreement between you and GetYourGuide, or the tour operator, concluded on their website under their own terms. They are responsible for the ticket, the tour itself, payment, changes, cancellations and refunds.
How the price figures work
Each price here is a starting price in whole dollars, rounded to the nearest one. A price that a platform quotes in another currency is converted at the European Central Bank reference rate and so is close, not exact. Only the price and open dates the booking platform shows before payment bind.
How far you can rely on it
We check what we publish and name our sources. Even so, operators and authorities decide departure times, meeting points, menus, routes and rules and can change them unannounced, and weather, sea conditions, events or an operator's decision can alter or cancel a trip. Read the details of the listing you book before you pay.

How far our liability reaches
Using this site costs nothing. Our liability has no limit for intent, gross negligence or harm to life, body or health. In every other case we are liable only for breach of an essential obligation, and only for the damage typically foreseeable.
Which law applies, and revisions
German law governs. A consumer who lives in another country keeps the mandatory consumer protection of that country. We may amend these conditions, and the version online on the day of your visit applies.
